What being your own wind keeper is all about...

The second season of the popular show Friends had an episode titled "The One Where Eddie Won't Go". I am sure many of you have seen this episode and know what I am talking about, but for those who haven't, here is a brief overview: the girls (Monica, Rachel and Phoebe) discover a best-selling book called "Be Your Own Wind Keeper" which discusses typical woman-behavior that is wrong and gives men the upper hand. It was implied that the book provided tips for women on proper ways to act in relationships in order to be respected by their partners. Though this particular book is a fictional one, most of us are familiar with the category. Many of us have read and loved the book by Sherry Argov: Why Men Love Bitches and have even tried to implement some of her suggestions in every-day life. Though there are many books on this particular subject, I have not seen many blogs about it.. and since I absolutely adore the show Friends and loved that episode I decided to title my brand new blog with the name of the fictional book that episode mentioned. 

To be honest, I have never written a blog before, and this is my first real entry of one online. I hope that it will be a good source for girls and women to learn more about my own experience and take on dating/relationships and the right and wrong ways to interact with boys/men. I am also hoping this will eventually become an interactive blog and readers will post their comments and engage in fun conversations with other readers.
